Who isn't always looking for quick and easy ways to cut calories? Lately, whenever I've done any baking I've substituted organic applesauce for vegetable oil. If the recipe calls for 2/3 cup oil, I just use that same amount of applesauce. It makes brownies and cakes nice and moist and it cuts way, way down on fat and calories! Super easy and much healthier!

Can you taste a difference? I've heard of this trick before, but am hesitant because I always thought you'd be able to tell...let me know! :)
