Smart Cookie!

Tonight Zachary asked if he could play with our game "UpWords." He got it out and started playing with the letter tiles a little bit. Steve started spelling a bunch of different 3-letter words so Zachary could practice his letter sounds. (These are the kinds of pastimes our kids enjoy since they are children of a former kindergarten teacher!) Before we knew it, he was sounding out the letters and reading all kinds of words he had never seen before and then started spelling words for us. What a smart boy!
