We've been stuck inside most of the week because of the crazy snow storm, so we decided to venture out on Wednesday to get our Christmas tree so we could have something fun to do! We put on the Christmas music and started decorating. 
Now that the tree has been up for a couple of days, however, all of our ornaments are at the top half of the tree. Kaden loves the tree and the ornaments, but he's still learning how to be careful. He's pulled down the garland and already broken 2 ornaments! The tree doesn't look very "pretty" but at least our special ornaments are safe! We have also had to keep all of our "Baby Jesus'" safe around the house. Next to the tree, Baby Jesus is Kaden's next favorite Christmas item. If someone is looking Kaden will grab Baby Jesus and give him a kiss (we're trying to emphasize the idea of gentle...), but at the end of the day Baby Jesus is always missing and is hiding in some mysterious place in our family room!
