Time for Updates

Whewww! We've had an eventful week...

*Steve's parents came over on Valentine's night and watched the boys so we were able to go out. What a treat!

*For February's "intentional family time" we managed to plan a spontaneous, 24-hour trip with the Gronholz family (dear friends of ours from college) and headed out to Mom & Dad's cabin. We enjoyed beautiful weather and watching our kids play together. It was a miracle that we managed to pull it off. We even barely--barely-- crammed in some adult conversation! (You just know that when your kids are this age your expectations for good conversation are a little different!)

*After a nice little get-away at the cabin we came home and everyone got sick...except for me. After 2 days of being at home all day and taking care of the sickies I was almost ready to go crazy, but thankfully, everyone if feeling good today!
