We're plugging away at our Summer list!
Summer Goal #4: Decide to delight in worms, bugs and dirty outdoor messes instead of just thinking, "This is going to be a huge pain to clean up!"
This is a "dirty outdoor mess" if I've ever seen one and I did my very best to be excited about it!
Summer Goal #15. Take the boys to the Seattle Aquarium.
During the yucky cold weather this was a really fun outing. We went with my mom and dad and Grandma and enjoyed a really fun day. The aquarium is so ideal for smaller kiddos because they can be inches away from the exhibits. I just love watching my kids see things for the first time that amaze and intrigue them!
Summer Goal #6. Eat dinner outside as a family as often as we can.
I love our backyard. It's nothing fancy, but it's just perfect for our family. The last 2 nights have been so sunny that we've been able to have dinner outside. Tonight after dinner Zachary rode his bike, Kaden rode his big wheel while Steve and I caught up on our days and giggled with Ry (he's hilarious these days). Ahhh...my perfect summer night. Something about being outside just makes me so much more relaxed, which is rarely what I'm feeling after a big family dinner!

Jenny, you are one of the cutest moms ever...I love the picture of you and the boys at the aquarium! Keep us posted on your summer adventures.
I love being able to eat outside. That has to be one of my favorite summer things, too. That and just plain ol' warmth!!!
Such cute stories and pics! I love your list of summer goals; since I wrote my bucket list of 100 goals to do before I die I've been encouraging everyone to make lists (then actually DO them). Yours is great!
